1) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 The Town of Piermont is seeking a professional and organized person to fulfill the responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant to the Piermont Select-Board. Must be an honest self-starter who believes accuracy is job #1. Chief duties will include Municipal Bookkeeping (payroll, accounts receivable/payable, financial reporting, purchase orders, administration of accounting software, etc.). Duties will also include Assessing tasks such as Timber and Excavating reports. Will be responsible for accurately drafting and finalizing Select-Board Minutes per NHRSA requirements. Computer and typing skills a must. Training is available and encouraged. Be available some evenings, a Hybrid schedule may be considered. Scheduled hours are 40 per week which may vary. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Required to pass a background check. Prior Municipal experience is preferred.

SATURDAY 09:45 – 2:pm YEAR ROUND
MAY BE CHANCE FOR OTHER HOURS AT TIMES

MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN NHDES STATE CERTIFICATION
