Revaluation Notice

 

Per NH RSA 75:8-a the Town of Piermont has gone through its 5-year revaluation. Piermont property owners will receive a letter from the town's assessors, Avitar Associates, in the next few days. In this letter, there will be instructions on how to review new property valuations, and how to set appointments with Avitar Associates to discuss any questions on updated valuations. 

 

The Board of Selectmen, along with a representative from Avitar Associates, will host an informational session on October 13th, at 7:00PM to discuss the revaluation process and procedures.
